M. MANN Privacy Policy

1. The Short Version

• M. MANN has no accounts and no CHKDSK Labs servers. We never see your name, email, or gameplay data.
• Your save file (progress, upgrades, settings) lives only on your device.
• Advertising (Google AdMob) and purchases (Google Play Billing) are handled by Google, and those services process device data as described below.

2. Data We Collect Directly

None. The game does not transmit gameplay, progress, or personal data to CHKDSK Labs. All game state is stored in a local save file on your device (see Section 6).

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of M. MANN shows ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its ad technology partners may collect and process:

• Device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID
• IP address and coarse location derived from it
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completions)
• General device and app information (model, OS version)

This processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. In the EEA, UK, and other consent regions, the game shows Google's User Messaging Platform consent form on first launch before any ads are requested. You can revisit your choice at any time via Settings → Ad Privacy Options in the game, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's system settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Subscribers to the Premium subscription do not see forced ads; rewarded ads remain available on an opt-in basis.

4. Purchases (Google Play Billing)

In-app purchases (coin packs and the Premium subscription) are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive, process, or store payment card numbers or banking details. The game handles only opaque purchase tokens and order identifiers, on-device, to grant what you bought and to keep your Premium status in sync. Refunds and subscription management go through Google Play's standard flows (the game links there directly from the Store screen).

5. Play Games Services (Optional)

Leaderboards and achievements use Google Play Games Services, which is tied to your Google account and governed by Google's privacy policy. If you decline or are not signed in, the game keeps a local-only best score instead and everything still works.

6. Local Device Storage

Your profile — run history, deepest depth, coins, upgrades, boosts, collected lore, achievements, and settings such as audio volume — is stored in a single local file in the app's private storage. It is never transmitted to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data deletes it permanently; there is no cloud copy to recover, so the hole you dug stays dug.

7. Children's Privacy

M. MANN is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ad serving is configured through Google's tools consistent with the game's content rating.

8. Your Rights and Choices

• Ad consent — revisit your consent choice in-game via Settings → Ad Privacy Options
• Ad personalization — reset or delete your advertising ID in Android system settings
• Deletion — clear the app's data or uninstall to erase all locally stored game data
• Data held by Google — exercise rights over ad, billing, and Play Games data directly with Google via your Google account controls

Since we hold no personal data about you, access/correction/ portability requests to CHKDSK Labs will come back empty — but the rights described in the company-wide policy apply all the same.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the game or applicable law changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be noted on this page.
