Subscription Agreement

1. Plan Definitions

• Free plans are available where listed and may include usage limits.
• Paid plans renew on the billing cadence shown at checkout.
• Feature limits, quotas, and included entitlements are defined on the relevant product pricing page.

2. Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions begin after successful payment authorization.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• Taxes, if applicable, are calculated by the payment processor based on billing location.

3. Usage-Based Charges

If a product includes metered capabilities (e.g. AI model usage), usage charges are disclosed before activation and billed according to the applicable metering terms for that product.

4. Cancellations

• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal, Stripe Customer Portal, or product settings when available.
• Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless local law requires otherwise.
• After cancellation, access may revert to free-tier limits where a free tier exists.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the specific product policy shown at checkout, applicable consumer protection laws, and processor restrictions. Metered usage charges and prepaid credits are non-refundable as they reflect actual consumption of third-party resources.

6. Price and Feature Changes

CHKDSK Labs may update plan pricing or feature scope with advance notice. Changes generally apply at the next renewal date.

7. Payment Processing

All payment data is processed by Stripe. CHKDSK Labs does not store raw card numbers or bank account credentials. We retain only opaque Stripe identifiers (customer ID, subscription ID) needed to correlate billing events with your account.
